Islamic States of America?

This is very interesting, apparently the SITE Intelligence Group, a company whose job it is to "Search for National Terrorist Entities", found this video on a website...

Bin Laden is urging Americans to convert to Islam if we want the war to end. First of all, I don't think that the US is quite sure that this is really Bin Laden in the tape, but weather it is or not does not seem to be the biggest part of this tape. I would have to say the purpose of this tape is to scare people, and to show that Bin Laden is still alive. No matter who it is, while at least to the extent of any major person or foreign official, to make any statement about converting to their countries religion is a rather large problem/topic. This tape did not include threats, but did go to show of how he knew about many of the current events that were going on around the world. What is odd about this whole thing is the idea of even asking a whole country to convert to any specific religion. I don't even know if this would be legally possible for the US to do this (if they ever tried anything of this matter of course-highly doubt it).
