Chirac gives into riot.

NEVER give into a riot! It shows that whoever is rioting will be able to riot and get their way. March 31, 2006, Chirac gave into the rioting and decided not to change the labor law for young employes. Already French workers are almost guaranteed to have a job that offers a contract for life. France also has a pretty good reputation of unemployment for young workers compare to some of the surrounding countries in western europe. The change in the labor law would make it easier for managers to fire younger employes.

Now Chirac is still facing trouble with people who say that he should have changed the law, and left it how it was. Some people say that this law kind of discourages young workers from working. With many cars being torched and some buildings being burned, Paris, France, one of the top tourist places has shown a decline in tourist in the last week or so.
